Consulting in the instructional technology field for 16 years, Jonathan has designed and implemented technology-based business solutions for a client list that includes Unilever, Royal Bank of Canada, The Financial Times, AT&T, Qwest Communications, Verizon, Toys R Us, Geisinger Health System, Scripps Health, Guthrie Health System and Harvard Business School Publishing.

For the Past 4 years, Jonathan has focused his talents on leveraging cutting-edge technology for products that produce value to industries including healthcare, financial services, and higher education. Jonathan founded PinPoint Strategies, LLC, a company focused on bringing proven strategies and technology to enhance marketing, development, and recruitment services.

With more than 13 years of marketing experience and 7 years in recruitment marketing, Mr. Kessler has helped his clients climb to the top of healthcare recruitment excellence. In 2007, Mr. Kessler was awarded the Association of American Medical College’s Award of Distinction and in recent years has won numerous Healthcare Marketing Report – Healthcare Advertising Awards for his recruitment campaigns.

Susan Vogel
Creative Consultant
Susan has been a marketing writer for more than 20 years, working with consumer and business-to-business clients as an interviewer, writer, and producer. Within the past five years she has focused heavily on the healthcare market, writing for consumers and physicians, demonstrating a working knowledge of medical specialties and how they relate to marketing strategies.

Susan acts as a creative consulting partner for PinPoint Strategies, LLC, helping to enhance the power of technology solutions by integrating targeted marketing techniques.

Kurt Farr
Video Director
Kurt graduated with a B.A in Film and Communications from The University of Las Vegas Nevada in 2000. After graduation he began work on several programs for The Learning Channel, Discovery and VH1, starting as a cameraman and then moving on to editor and then eventually to assistant segment producer.

With the implementation of video we can offer a communication tool that engages the audience in a way that the written word cannot achieve on it’s own. Everyone has a story, and at Pinpoint Strategies we want to help you identify and then tell your story to the World. Leveraging the most up to date digital technologies will allow us to implement a client solution not only for today, but also for the foreseeable future, thereby giving the client the best cost to value ratio imaginable.

Paul Pinkman

Paul Pinkman specializes in bringing together the disciplines of graphic, web, information and instructional design. This includes web site development, graphic design for print, information and instructional design and digital marketing such as ecommerce, blogging and social networking.

With over 25 years in design and marketing, he believes that successful design starts with clear information design. He reaches across disciplines to work together seamlessly in designing and developing finished products from web sites to blogs and print. These incorporate best in class design, whether it be visual, instructional and usability for web or information and graphic design for print. He takes into account not only the purpose and goals of the clients, but also the best way to articulate those purposes and goals to the target audience.

His background includes working in advertising in New York, elearning development at AT&T, and founding an elearning and training company, CRK Interactive.
